Return Policy

At Mitthu Kids Ethnic Wear, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you receive a defective product or if you do not receive your item, we offer a refund or exchange within 24 hours of delivery. Please inspect your order carefully upon receipt and contact us immediately if you notice any defects or quality issues or if you do not receive your item.

 

Refund & Exchange Policy (only if product is found to be defective)

If you receive a defective product or if you do not receive your item, please notify us within 24 hours of delivery. We will issue a refund for the purchase price of the item, excluding any shipping fees or you can exchange the product. Refunds will be issued in the original form of payment. Under no circumstances we will offer a refund or exchange after 24 hours window has been passed. We reserve the right to refuse any exchanges that do not meet our return & exchange policy requirements.

For any other reason we do not offer return or exchange and all sales are final.
