Return, Refund and Exchange Policy

At Mitthu Kids Ethnic Wear, all sales are final. For orders placed online, we only offer exchanges in the following cases:

• The item has a manufacturing defect, or
• You require a size exchange.

To be eligible for an exchange, you must contact us within 24 hours of delivery. Items must be unused, unworn, and returned in their original condition with original packaging.

For size exchanges, the customer is responsible for all shipping costs, including both the return shipping and the shipping cost of the exchanged item (to and fro shipping).

We do not offer refunds under any circumstances.

Please note that our garments are boutique-stitched pieces sourced from India. Due to the handmade and artisanal nature of these items, minor variations in stitching, embroidery, fabric texture, color tone, or finishing may occur. These are not considered defects and will not qualify for exchange.

All items purchased in person at our physical retail location at 23, Porter Drive, Guelph are final sale and are not eligible for exchange.
